Gut Instinct is a website (designed by American Gut Project and UC San Diego Design Lab) where people learn about the gut microbiome and catalyze the creation of a list of factors that may be associated with gut microbiome differences. People anonymously post questions about lifestyle and health for peers to answer. By comparing their experiences via questions and discussions, people provide researchers cues to build associations between lifestyle and the microbiome. Anyone curious about their lifestyle and health can use this website.
